I look so forward to the Friday night football games. The cheerleaders always start home games off by tailgating. The festivities begin at 5:30pm with the game following at 7:30pm. It is so awesome to see the Tomahawk Stadium fill up (& I mean FILL UP) with all the fans that come & cheer on the Warriors! Tonight was Homecoming & we were playing the #1 team in the state of Tennessee. It was a GREAT game right down to the end.
Ninth-ranked Riverdale upset top-ranked Knoxville Farragut 20-17 on homecoming night at Tomahawk Stadium. 20-17 on a 27-yard field goal with 38.8 seconds left tonight. Riverdale’s win is its second straight over a ranked opponent. The Warriors upset Oakland 13-10 in overtime last week.
For the record...I am NOT a Redskins fan! I chose this template because it is a perfect picture of what our Warrior looks like.
