Prom in the 'Boro

This past Friday was Riverdale's Junior/Senior Prom. Abby's boyfriend Jordan, of a year, is a junior so she was able to go. They started their evening out by going to her friends house for some pictures, then off to Oakland's Mansion for more pictures. After all the pictures they went to dinner, then to Prom. The theme of Prom was Casino Night. Jordan enjoyed playing Blackjack while Abby gravitated to the Roulette Table. Such fun memories they are making!

Carson's Preschool Field Trip

Carson's preschool went to the zoo a couple weeks ago.

Although I really wanted to go with him & his

little friends, I was considering not going.

Geeze...we were just there with Syd's class!

But we ended up going & we had a GREAT time! It was

totally worth taking another trip!

But now I am Zooed out,

I'm not going again this year.

No Training Wheels!

A couple weeks ago Carson learned to ride his bike with no training wheels. With his hard work & determination he mastered it in one day. He is so proud of himself! He hasn't stopped riding since!

Abby Gets Her Braces Off!

It's been thousands of dollars, 26months & lot's of metal, but the day finally arrived for Abby's braces to come off! She looks beautiful, but then again, she's ALWAYS been beautiful! Here is her last picture with her braces & her first picture with them off.

Trip to the Nashville Zoo

Sydney's second grade class went to the zoo. Carson & I went and spent the day with them. It was a fun day, we hadn't been there in awhile.

Charleston Visit

We had a get together at my mom & dad's during our visit. Everyone was able to make it except Brittany, she had to work. We were thrilled with a visit from Jeremy, my cousin from Utah. He works for the State Corrections Dept. & was picking up a prisoner an hour & a half away from Charleston. He drove in around 8pm & was able to stay a couple hours. Abby had asked earlier in the day why Jer was coming. We told her & she asked if he was bringing the prisoner to Nana's for dinner! The funny part she was SERIOUS! She said she had never been around a real life prisoner before. ~Oh goodness Ab~ But our visit was awesome & it was so It was so GREAT to see Jer!
