Okay, it's taken awhile to post anything because I am still mentally DRAINED from this week end! We had a BIG sleep over party, somewhere along the way I must have lost my mind & I'm not sure if I'm going to get it back. We had a lot of girls for this big sleep over. Mattie had requested that I make sleeping masks for all the friends. So, being the GREAT mom I am, I got out the sewing machine & got very busy. They turned out way cute & the girls LOVED them. I then thought it would be neat if they all had matching hair scrunchies, so why not! I had the sewing machine out so I got busy once again. To go with our theme, I found animal print fans, coin purses, stationery set & bracelets. My family was pretty tired of cake after First Communion & Carson's B-Day, so I made a cookie cake. The chocolate chips looked like spots, so it seemed to go with our theme.
The whipped cream picture was from a funny game we played. They had to stick their face in the bowl & find the piece of bubble gum, get it with their mouth & proceed to blow a bubble. It was so FUNNY!
The cotton balls flying in the air picture was our other game. They had a huge bowl of cotton balls on their lap with a huge empty bowl on their head. While blind folded, they had to scoop (with a big spoon) as many cotton balls as they could into the one on their head in 15 seconds. Another FUNNY one!
I think it turned out to be pretty fun, but I won't have that many girls at once ever again...seriously! Too much drama & they are ONLY 8yrs. old!!!
