The kids had their Fall Break last week. We took the week & went to South Carolina to see my mom & dad. We met them at their condo in Pawleys Island & stayed a few days before heading to Charleston. We had a GREAT time! Dusty & Pam came up for one night. We took to kids to the beach, Broadway on the Beach (shopping), Hard Rock Cafe & Dead Dog Saloon. We had such a GREAT time! Here a few pictures of our adventures at Pawleys.

Okay, when you pull into Pawleys Plantation there are ponds & marsh everywhere. Doug spotted an alligator from the road. We went & watched this thing everyday! The kids & I sat in the car (we aren't dumb). I took pictures from the road. Doug on the other hand would get out & try to get the gators attention by throwing things at him! Doug wanted him to move, because the kids didn't believe it was REAL!! He would keep the car door open incase he had to make a mad dash. My only advice was to run zig zag, not straight!
There are the pieces of tree Doug threw at the gator. He jumped the first time Doug hit him, after that he never moved!
