Doug's Surgery

Doug had surgery last week, so the blogging has been on delay. Doug developed an incisional hernia from his past surgery, it was the size of my fist! A typical hernia: size of the tip of your finger. He had a two night stay in the hospital & has had a really rough week. Poor guy, I know he is ready to feel better. This surgery has been way worse in the pain department. On top of the surgery, Abby had high school cheer tryouts the same week. It wasn't easy to juggle Doug & the kids, but I made it through, thanks to GREAT friends!! Thanks for everyone's thoughts & prayers. Doug is on the mend & we have an official High School Cheerleader!! Way to go Abby!
