Today the kids were out of school do to our weather conditions. As you can tell it's pretty bad & one could be in danger if they had to travel the roads.
Anyway, I am very happy for the kids that they got an extra day off & a bit of snow to play in. They think it's FABULOUS, they don't know what they are missing. One of these days we'll take them to see some REAL snow!! Wouldn't they be in awe?

They shut down school for that??!!! That is too funny! But a day off school is a day off school! Right!! They looked like they had a good time.
I love how excited your kids are over the crazy white stuff! I have seen enough snow this winter to last me a lifetime. I would be far more happy with 60 degree weather in January. Now that's a reason to close school!
