Bad Day....

We had an awful day yesterday! Extremely close to where we live, someone grabbed a 10 yr. old girl at gunpoint & pulled her out of her bedroom window, yesterday morning. She was able to fight off the attacker & got away. The mom was in the shower & dad had already left for work when this happened. The kids school was put in lock down yesterday & today. It has frightened the kids, which all slept in our room last night. You hate for them to be scared, but they MUST be aware & know what to do in the event. But I refuse to let fear take over. I love Nancy's quote from Timothy, "God did not give me a spirit of fear, but of peace, love and a sound mind." Keep your children close & safe!
